Visite à Katmandou

Ce mois de mars 2015, nous voilà de nouveau au Népal. Nous sommes trois membres de l’association Triple Gem à faire le voyage : Marie-Jeanne, Patrick et Jean Philippe. Nous étions impatients de retrouver nos enfants et nos ados. Depuis l’année dernière, les choses ont changé : les plus jeunes ont trouvé un nouveau foyer, une grande et belle bâtisse tout près de l’hôtel Vajra, tandis que les grands sont logés dans un appartement où ils se préparent à mener une vie d’adulte autonome. Pour le moment, un adulte vit avec eux, Man Bahadur que tout le monde appelle MB. Ils sont trois jeunes à partager cet appartement : Dristi, Rajendra et Ashok. Dristi est en première année d’université, Rajendra passe son bac fin mai et Ashok apprend le métier de cuisinier dans un hôtel d’un certain standing.

Nous avons profité de notre séjour pour voir ou revoir les merveilles du Népal, parfois sous la houlette de Patrick dont l’érudition augmente d’année en année et qui se révèle toujours être un guide passionnant.
